Intelligent video storage
Our software ZebraLab will generate different output files, trajectory pictures, raw data (x; y coordinates for each animal, for each image) as well as a video. We are using a low compression rate to give you the best quality. This compression ratio is flexible and can be adjusted to your needs. We use XVID compression and AVI format to offer a better user experience via its interoperability format.

Replay Mode
Don’t waste your time to replay and wait for your results if your protocol must be defined. We offer a replay mode AVI or Raw data to get in a few seconds/ mins your expected results. (depending on how heavy are the data your are loading).
Activity analysis
Observe the general activity on multiple subjects to see how they can be affected by toxic compounds. Each frame is analyzed and we quantify how many pixels change from a frame to another.

ZebraLab software is able to analyze 4 times 96 WP, live at the same time (up to 4 ZebraBox can be connected to a single license) and on the same computer in total 384 individuals. A wide range of cameras well adapted for each test
It is up to you to customize your setup with different cameras. From the most standard 30 FPS to the Fastest Camera 1000 FPS. Or get a compromise between the resolution and the frame rate.
Reproducibility and accuracy is the key
Zebralab software has different log in to be sure who/ when / why the user has made a modification in the protocol. A Start and stop button can be implemented on purpose to force the experiment reproducibility.
Live and Off line tracking at the same time
Instead of the dongle that can work unitarily at the time, ZebraLab offers the possibility to have an online software license installed on the acquisition workstation and multiple off licenses to analyze post experiment your data.
